January 17, 2006 - Renal Advantage Inc. said yesterday that it had received final regulatory approval and closed on a deal to buy three more dialysis centers that DaVita Inc. had to shed as part of its buyout of Gambro Healthcare US. All three are in Illinois. News item from The Tennessean.
