i have been on hemo for 12 years and really want a transplant..no one in my family cares...much less wants to donate....(oh well...) Meanwhile i have bounced between states....caught in the shuffle and still not emminent transplant....does anyone know if you have MONEY (not that i do at the moment...but maybe i will will the lottery) Are there better transplant possibilities in canada or europe....and how are there dialysis units...people i have spoken with who have visited, say switzerland and germany have found their dialysis EXTREMELY good compared to ours.....I have dialyzed in many facilities...gambro being the worst...fressenius is a factory, and i nearly died there....They would just keep dialyzing me even when i had no b/p....Davita has been the best for me with the BIG CORPORATION era....but it is a hard job to stay alive sometimes....I have to commute one hour to dialysis...i am getting really tired...looking for help and advise about transplant advocacy and assistance....which places have the best success etc..can't find on line...Your help is most appreciated!!!
