This unique website offers a searchable database of clinics in the US and its territories that are actually doing (not just certified to do) home therapies. The database was built by calling over 900 independent and regional clinics and inputting home dialysis data from 4 of the 5 largest dialysis corporations. [Note: MEI hopes to add Fresenius clinic data soon.]
