Most days at 6pm my dads leg begin to get irritated and he feels he needs to constantly move & shake them. Any suggestions that will help to calm this? He is on PD overnight.

This sounds like "restless leg syndrome". Many dialysis patients are affected by this. There is some treatment out there, but I don't know how effective it is, your dad should talk to his doctor about it.
