As anyone dialyzed a pregnant patient on nocturnal hemodialysis? Curious about the fluid and electrolytes differences, and the overall condition of patient.

Just found out yesterday that we have a patient that is pregnant with twins. We will be dialyzing her 5-6 days/week as she shows up. I don't understand it but the Dr has ordered a 200 dextrose bath.

I'm away on vacation until 12/5 but will call you to compare notes when I get back.
