My husband went to slow nocturnal and we are both much happier. It gave us freedom we didn't have before and he has alot more get up and go, takes less meds and requires less EPO.
You do have more responsibility and need storage space but for us just being at home and having some flexibility has made us feel like we have control of our lives again. |

My father is on slow nocturnal and it changed our lives dramatically. He feels so much better it makes us all happier. Not to mention how happy we are with the freedom it offers as the dialysis is done while he sleeps. Also slow nocturnal does not require the patients to be on a special diet and this makes life easier.
There is storage and responsibility but it's all very doable and well worth it in our case. |
