I have two infections, yeast and some type of
bacteria that causes pneumonia. I've been taking two different antibiotics. difucan and some other med taken 3x a wk..I just do not well @ all. these infections were found in my urine..any1 know anything about this bacteria? why so many infections? |

If the bacteria are found in your urine you may be accidently transfering them with your hands. A few suggestions follow.
Try using a stronger antibacterial soap. Are you using the same towel to dry your hands on as the rest of your family? Maybe until this infection is cleared up use paper towel to dry your hands. Be sure to dry your hands thoroughly, wet clean hands are more dangerous than dry dirty hands! Is the end of the catheter or transfer set being secured outside of your underware? Keep us posted on how you are doing. |
