I have been on PD since 20th March 2004, on 23rd August 2004 I underwent an HD because the high level of creatinin (13.6mg/dl) and BUN (92.6mg/dl) and I felt not comfort. In fact the ltest test showed that the creatinin and BUN levels are getting high again, 13.8mg/dl and 87.7mg/dl respectively, but I fell fine. After a discussion with the other nephrologist, my doctor said that such condition is not cause problem since I am having good nutrition and adequate liquid discharge ie. approxinately 1400ml from dialysis proses and 1200ml from urine per day. It means I don't need an HD for this moment. Is there anymore information about this case?
The results of the test ie: Hb= 10.6G/dl, Saturation Iron= 35.2%, Kalium= 3.92 mEq/l, Natrium= 141.9mEq/l, Calsium= 8.6mg/dl, Magnesium= 3.0 mg/dl, Bikarbonat= 22 mEq/l. Another complaint: Sometime I have shortbreath particularly when the blood tension is 110/170 or above. |
