We have three patients with PTFE grafts that most of the staff has trouble cannulating. We are considering an ultrasound scanner device to help us with these needle insertions. Does anyone have experience with these scanners and PTFE grafts?

What type of ultrasound scanner device are you looking at to use for needle placement? what is the cost of the scanner?

We were kind of shocked when we heard that the ultrasound scanners cost $10,000.
