Can anyone find information on the button-hole technique for venipuncture of A-V fistula's? I have been looking on the web for information and not had much success. Several patient's are interested in this but I can not find any information to give them.
Any information or sites to read would be appreciated. Thanks a lot

Debbie Brouwer listed a bunch of articles on buttonhole on this discussion board a while ago. They seem to be gone from the discussion board now. So is Debbie Brouwer for that matter ( we miss you Debbie). Maybe the Renalweb folks can find the list of buttonhole articles for you. You could try doing a Medline search. Another place you can go is to Medisystems. They have information on buttonhole that they can share with you. I believe they have articles and possibly a video on the topic.
