What is the latest data on the life expectancy of grafts vs fistulas?

Anything new of note?

Jodi,
Fistula failures are higher within the first 3-6 months (early failure). But,once a working fistula is created- is should last for many years (>5 to lifetime) PTFE are still somewhere around 2-5 years.
