i have a coworker who always uses a tourniquit on a pt with a fistula while he is on the machine....the other day i say a prime example of a pt whos arm was being dialysed the saline from the machine wasnt going anywhere it keep pulling it right back out of his arm and back in to the machine...ive tried to explain this to her but she still has no clue do u have any information that i could let her read about this that could explain this to her.

You need to bring this to the attention of the nephrologist before this poor patient loses their access !
