The DOQI guidelines speak to measuring arterial offset pressure measuring the difference in height between the top of the drip chambers & the arterial needle.
Do people actually do this measurement?
Practically speaking, can someone tell me if there are any special devices used?
Is there another measurement that will give the same information that is more practical to use?
Thanks in advance.
