Does anyone currently monitor inner graft pressures routinely? If so, what do you use as the instrument to measure them?

Medisystems offers a device named Access Alert with a video. The device incorporates a modified blood pressure manometer with a scale that measures 0-120 mmHg. This has been described by Dr. Antone Beserab as a method to monitor Graft stenosis in recent articles.

Does anybody monitor the venous pressures upon initiation of tx? Every dialysis tx we record the mean arterial pressure; the venous pressure with the blood pump running at 200; then the venous pressure when the blood pump is turned off. When our Nephrologist makes rounds he assesses from there. Is this antiquated or are we right on? I think I would be interested in checking into Medisystems device. Anyone else using it?
