I have a 2008K that the conductivity shoots up above the max limit for during the OLC test, thus not allowing it to continue with the test. Calibrations are all on the money and the base conductivity is within parameters.

Did you actually calibrate it or did you just hook up the meter and verify the calibrations? I would check to see if the OLC is within its parameters (with the dumby plugs) and recalibrate the conductivity. If you are just checking the conductivity with an independant meter this doesn't verify the post condo cells. The post need to be in calibration as well.

During OLC test the conductivity should not peak higher than 15.5. If it does, try calibrating the conductivity cells first. If that does not work, try replacing the acid pump. Remember to calibrate stroke volume of the acid pump, then perform a manual OLC test to determine how high the conductivity peaks. I have had a few machines at my unit that would rise as high as 16.1 and cause the test to cancel.
