Hello,

I'm currently looking for a new ET job and I noticed the ARA posting on the classifieds. Please share any opinions or experiences with that particular company. I do not know that much about them. I use to work as a biomed for a hospital. I was just laid off from my current job and looking to get back in biomed and/or dialysis. Thanks in advance.

Never worked for them but I heard they are the BEST company to work for. All "higher ups" didn't like the way that FMC and Davita etc.. were running things so they decided to open up their own! Very nice!

Ooooh...I like that. Wish they had a clinic closer to me. I'd jump ship in a heartbeat.

If you have the opportunity to work with ARA, do it. Without a doubt, the best dialysis company in the industry. One of the leading indicators of staff satisfaction is the turnover rate. Ours is extremely low.

As a long time ARA employee I have to agree. This is a company that truly appreciates it's staff.
