hello everyone my clinic is planning to buy a sterimed junior, an on site regulated medical waste processing unit. Since I'm the chief tech here I concerning about if I'm going to have problem servicing this unit or not, I haven't heard good things about this unit. Answer me if I'm wrong. Thank you.
