Hi all! Can anyone tell me what Fresenius Mfg. recomendations are on how often EST's should be performed on the K's?

In the pm manual, under section 2.2, #8 - "Perform the electrial safety checks required by local codes, facility procedure and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations."

I always try to do them with each PM. Most want it done every 6 months, so if you do it every quarter, if you miss one, you will still be in compiance. it doesn't take that long to do so I have always just done it that way. Also, if you replace any elotonic parts i.e. boards, valves, sensors, you are to check it.
