Ok started this out on Fri worked for about 5 hrs and thought that i had it down to the CFS.
Ok, at 400flow rate everything runs great as soon as it is put to 500 or above the Condo rises to about 15.5,15.6. I have changed out new NTC, Bal. Membranes, New heat rod, new CFS, still same thing no different recaled temp and condo, could it be a valve. I seen another discussion on this but no solution was ever given, I am VERY frustrated, no i have a leak from the wall "will it ever end"? anyway thanks in advance

Now after all this time i will start shooting the High flow error that has just popped up so at least now i know to look for a flow error problem and not something else like i have been

I tracked down that my loading pressure will not calibrate so i put in a new regulator and still will not calibrate??? Why would my loading pressure not calibrate at all? it stays between 2 and 3 the entire time

Is it a hydoblock or a new hydrochamber? Are you sure that you got the O ring seated properly on the pressure regulator when you changed it? And I don't know if this is physically possible, but the hydroblock uses a different loading pressure regulator than the hydrochamber, did you use the right one? 10/30/08 I was wrong about that, the loading pressure regulators are the same from a hydroblock and a hydrochamber. What is different though is NCT 2. The base of them is different from a hydroblock and a hydrochamber.

it is a hydroblock and yes im pretty sure i used the correct one. plus i was wrong about the dear pressure. i went back over it again and it is high so i tried to calibrate and i cant calibrate it. it stays high i went a head and changed out the pump head and pump with brand new just to see if that was it and still same thing

Sounds like it maybe something with the deair orfice or valve 39. Kind of a strange problem with the deair pressure being high and the loading pressure that low. There's got to be something restricting flow in the hydroblock somewhere I would think.
Old f your were on the $$$$$$$ that is what it was for what ever reason i did not check that at all. Again KISS but we live and learn. Im not sure what it was that was in there but it seem to be a white rubbery or plastic substance. machine is going through 4th test now with no problems
