hello Guys I'm having a problem with this B-Braun dialog+ machine, software 8.24 and DF filter set up.I did the PM on this machine already, but when I'm doing the mock therapy of 500 ml in 30 minutes with a tolerance of +/- 15 ml, the machine its ultrafiltrating 560 ml instead of 500 ml(+/- 15 ml). All the trottle valve have been check, PV and PDA. The last try I'm doing tonight is bypassing the DF filter to see if maybe its clotted. Any suggestions. Thanks.

I'm assuming you are using a dialyzer and a blood tubing set to do the test run. When you did the UF output test how much was removed from the graduated cylinder and what was the amount you entered in the REF Value? Check the stroke value for the UF pump after you do the calibration. You might have a bad UF pump. I had one recently. When I did the UF pump calibration the value was way out of wack compared to all of the other machines. My stroke value was way low.

TTech I replaced the Uf pump, but it was still doing the same. The amount of fluid that I Put on the graduated cylinder was 1000 ml and at the end of the mock therapy, I was always having 460 ml. What I did yesterday to resolve the problem was isolated the DF filter that I have with 2 shunts and calibrated one more time the trottle valve, and it works. It looks that when you have DF filters in the machines you must calibrated the trottle valves with the DF filter bypassed.
