Has anyone ever seen the "INTERRUPTED" message pop up when an "H" is in either the rinse cycle or the heat disinfect cycle. I have one and can't figure out what would cause that.

You may have a defective "Reed Switch Assembly". Also, either of the wands may not stay in place during those programs.

But it only happens when the shunt door is opened. I forgot to mention that at first.

check the 3 micro switches on the shunt door. sometimes they can stick or the springs on the plungers brake. good luck

Thanks! I knew there would be a simple solution, I just couldn't come up with it. I'm sure it will be the microswitches because the springs still seem strong. Thanks again!
