your bonuses are based on financials at the clinic level not
outcomes of the patients.There is a company
that truley is concerned with the patient..
the bonuses are based on actual outcomes..not
how much money you save...like Davita..You are

Is DAVITA hiring in the East Coast area?

I got my bonus check a few weeks back. A whole 17 bucks. Thanks to all involved........

I talked to three biomeds that work for Davita and they cannot wait to find other employment....the bonus and coolaid is not what matters to them....input to upper management that listens not just to the ABCs and DBAs but to the guys in the trenchs ..that is what they value the most...they are tierd of not having a say in the scheme of things...and most of the horrific situations that have been going on in the clinics could have been avoided if the management would have listened to the warnings coming from the biomed guys at the clinic level.
I gotta say you guys got to get off your thrones and start listening to us guys down here in the trenchs!!!!

DAVITA seems to have a couple of situations that are kinda scary ...but it could be happening to any of our companies...we should be offering guidance and assistance to them...
Soooo....You guys in DAVITA want some suggestions on restructuring your biomed dept???
