Hi - does anybody have more information on the (?) Class A Aquarius re-call that was recently posted on renalweb? Thank you.

I heard through the grapevine that there is a recall. Sounds like the same type of problems that the Prismaflex had to overcome. Nurses overriding alarms too much and causing access fluid loss/gain problems. I haven't seen anything offical but first saw something about on biomedtalk listserv.

On that note I've also heard that Nxstage is having some issues, anyone heard anything on that?
