I have a new K with 15 hours that will not clear air detector alarm. I tried to calibrate and you can turn the potentiamoter(spelling?) all day and nothing.
I replaced the whole module with new and it work for about 6 treatments than again it started again.
Any ideas????? THANKS

Are you using Arterial Chambers??? possible something is arching from the Act. or Bad ribbon cable. Thats if it is happening to a completlty different module, and Arterial Chambers are being used. Good Luck.

I tried cleaning the sensors I removed the lines and put a dummy chamber in and still will not clear.

Replace the level sensor detector housing (complete unit including sensor since its still under warranty) and perform level sensor calibration. When we bought new K's we also had problems with the sensors. Replaced a lot of sensors. Eventually things got better. Make sure the staff are not too rough with the sensor when inserting and removing tubing from the sensor.
