Machine thinks it didn't pull up enough chem / bleach during the bleach cycle. Make sure acid pump is pulling correct and run back through the chemical cycle. If the pump is ok and there was bleach in the disinfect cont the float switch maybe the problem.
I believe this alarm is generated by the float switch. I'd verify the acid pump is working correctly first then check the float switch. Keep us posted!

Had same problem last week. Ended up just being the acid line had an air lock and wasn't able to pull anything up during the cycle.

Keep it simple!! Make sure that the acid connector was plugged all the way into the bleach container.
If the disinfection is not performed properly, this may appear - like after dialysis treatment jumping to chemical rinse right away without going into the acid clean - rinse first may trigger no chemical intake, especially the acid pump is kinda old. Replacement of the o-ring may help too and rinse. It happened to me, just sharing.
Change the filter in the red wand. The bleach will clog in the bottle if they are not rinsed well and will be sucked into the wand and clog the filter. KISS rule applies before doing acid pump tests and changing the flux capacitor and refitting the dilythiam crystal generator!!
