Fresenius pay scale is a 39p for a TOM whatever that means. All I know is the higher the letter the more the pay.

Depends on your location. The letter designation represents the pay scale for the region. The mid-atlantic to northeast states are typically N,O, and P designations on the pay scales. The ranges are $35 to $50+ hourly
