I have a H machine that has a problem with the conductivity it goes to 12.8 and 12.9 but not any higher and I have changed the acid,bicarb and the balanceing chamber when I changed the BC the cond with up to 13.0 13.1 but still want go over that does anyone know what this might I have also calbrated the condo cell and the pumps.

Before changing out the balance chamber, do the easy stuff. Check your concentrates, the settings,have fresh bicarb, then calibrate the acid and bicarb pumps. Do you have any flow errors? It could be BC membranes. Keep us posted.

Check you wands, temperature/heater rod, acid and bic concentartions and bic, acid pump and BC volumes and CFS.

I have calbrated the pumps and checked all the filters and changed the BC membranes and I am out of things to try. It will go up to 13.0 but not anymore. Is there any one else that knows what I can try.

could be your conductivity cell, function board or sensor board

Do a Valve leak test to see if any of your bc valves are leaking
