We are looking for different ways to cut costs....one thing i was looking at is sending our boards and motors to Repair companies instead of buying new ones all the time from fresenius. any comments on this?? would it really save a substantial amount?? are there warranty issues when doing this???

We get a discount on our parts from Fresenius. It is part of our pricing contract with them. I buy refurbished/exchange parts from them. I do send my blood pressure modules out for repair because Fresenius does not offer any credit on the old blue Colin modules.

I tried sending by gear pumps out for repair, but was not happy with the results.

H&S does an excellent job.
