Has anyone noticed an increase in the number of ruptured Optifulx F160NR dialyzers? We have started having several, all from different lots & all used on different machines. All have been gross blood loss. All machines have checked out OK. We do not do reuse. Some have ruptured at the end of treatment, others at the very beginning of treatment. We cannot find a common factor with any of the instances. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We are non-reuse as well and are not having a problem. We use the e-beam dialyzers.

Very ocasionally. Check how you store and transport supply. Sometimes they fall down
and this could result in damage(had in the past), store in the box only, do not place on the top of machine....
