Is there a valve/flow error noted in the status screen?

Usually these errors are caused by a sticking valve; or switch in the shunt door. I would check valve 24 and valve 26, then try the switch in the shunt door.

This problem appeared on the screen for a couple of seconds and went away, did not get to see if there was a valve problem or flow problem

Just try what I said. If it doesn't come back then don't worry about it. It is a fatal error and you will have to shut off the machine to bypass it to return blood.
