Our State lady has really gotten weird lately. She is picking out little things on water checklists that were out of range, but were corrected. She is looking at PM sheets so close and picking them apart. All is in order and she still nit picks. What is up?

one of our state surveyors was an x-company employee and we had the same outcome. didn't find anything but acted like she would close us.

I know that the Medcare inspectors all had a big meeting a year ago and they have been instructed to go off of a computer program. This way every clinic and inspected the same way. They are also getting deeper into environmental stuff like chase drains and cleanliness. I know of one clinic that got dinged because they had dust in a light ficture on the tx floor.
