I have a 2008H machine with an unusual problem I haven't seen before. When I first put the machine in Dialysis Mode it will come up with a "Heater Relay Test Failure". I can get by this error by leaving the heater switch off for a minute when placing the machine in Dialysis Mode. By doing this the machine will run fine all day, but by doing this I am only bypassing the problem. So far I have tried changing the Power Logic Board & its cable to the Power Supply, the Function Board, and even the Mother Board. I have also changed the Heater Switch and the Triac in the Power supply to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions to solve the problem I would be greatful. Thanks.

I tried the Power Control Board, still no change though. I'm beginning to think this machine don't like me no more.

You should change your solid state relay and check your wires for the heater on the pwr control bd.Looking from the rear of the upper pwr supply, left to right blue than brown.
