hello all, I have a new problem that I have never seen before so I'm throwing it your way. I have a 2008k machine that is giving me a diasafe failure alarm. First thing I did was put a new diasafe on it and rerun the test.....still failed x2 so I put the blanks in that the machines are shipped with and reran the diasafe test to isolate between the machine and the diasafes. The unit still failed the diasafe test. The service manual/troubleshooting manual only tells you to replace the diasafe if it fails this test. I have placed a call to tech. support but haven't heard back from them yet. I know this is probably super simple but has anyone else seen this and if so what was the solution.

Are you able to pass the pressure test on the machine? If you cannot then the problem is somewhere in the hydraulics. Check all your pressures especially dearation. If not, watch the TMP during the Diasafe test. If the TMP climbs to about -400 or higher at the begining of the test, the problem could be with valve 28.
