Out on the floor, 2008K machine was working fine and the display went dead. By that I mean the dark screen as if machine was off. Other parts of machine were working and nurse noted blood pump speed number showing (among other things). Turn the machine on in the maint room and display blank but everything else seems to be on. Turned it off and back on and was going to meas power supply volt and before I could do it noticed display working like normal. Sure this will happen again but now can't get it to fail. Do you think plasma display shot or front panel or other? Curiously, F says front panels on BO.

Look at the cable coming from Function board to the Plasma screen. Make sure both are connected tight.This cable is foil wrap blue. Also re-seat the Function board as well.

I've had this happen three times. All three the machine would turn on fine with display but the second you put the machine in a rinse or dialysis mode the screen would blank out and the machine would keep running. I could even manipulate the menu options to get the machine running and testing. All three time is turned out to be the power supply not regulating voltage properly. By the way this was all on the H machine.

Day 2 and can't get it to happen again.
