Any suggestions to look for why my diasafe test fails? Changed diasafe, the transducer down there was full of water(replaced), and still fails..

Will machine pass pressure holding test? Both postive and neg pressure test? Could have a leak some where. Verify diaysate pressure cal/tmp is correct. If it's way out of cal may cause it also.

yup passes holding test. just won't pass diasafe. I've checked for leaks everywhere, checked/calibrated everything i can think of that would maybe make it fail and still fails. a bad board isnt an option i believe.

Replace the transducer if it's wet and diasafe valve. Wet transducer indicates a leaking diasafe valve. Also, check for leaks at tubing connections inside the diasafe. Try putting a tie wrap around the tubing inside the diasafe assy.

there should be no bubble in your diasafe - rock and roll it! or maybe your diasafe has a crack on it - try replacing a new one!
Let us know if the problem was resolved.

Check to make sure the wires from the diasafe valve to the distribution board aren't damaged. Had that happen once to a fellow tech when he put the cover back on it pinched the wires and caused the diasafe to fail every time. Hope this helps.
