Hello all. I have a machine in the back that the staff pulled for conductivity going to 17 and not falling. I ran it for 3 hours and no problems. Doing my disinfect now and turned the machine on and i get a "cond offset failure" at 50% on the start-up screen. I turned it off and back on and it is fine. I am going to reseat all the boards hoping that will help. I was wondering if anyone had this one before and pinpointed a quick fix. Thanks in advance for the help.

If you haven't switched any boards around something has happened to the cond cell cal. The function and sensor bds marry when you cal the cond cell. If you switch either bd without cal it will give you the offset fail. Have seen this a few times when IC20 or IC21 on the function bd goes on the blink.

If you can't calibrate the Conductivity, try to change the sensor board.
