Need a little more info like hrs on machine, what have you already checked ect.

the machine is about 54017 hrs.

Heat Exchanger, Valve 41, Inlet Regulator, BC valves, Float Switch, all good?

How about the chamber fill switch? Try putting a CFS transducer in it.

i did ktech i change that and some valves in the BC. calibrate the duration flow pumps.

54000 hours on a K machine! That can't be correct. That seems awfully high, even if the machine was one of the first out in 2002 that would be 9000 hours a year!

Ktech, I bet the hours would be something like 5400.0 hours. Ktech that is good advise, the cfs, or have even seen the float switch cause the problem..
