I need some quick feedback. what are the requirement and or recommendation ( sources?) for doing Tandem Dialysis.

Was wondering if you are doing series or parellel? In my opinion series is more efficient. You can gain even higher efficiency if you use a restrictor in the series line. This increases ultrafiltration which gives higher urea clearances and also higher middle molecule clearance due to convective transport. Check with Molded Products. http://www.moldedproducts.com/
