I have a K machine failing actuator temp low. The power logic bd was replaced by another tech. I have since changed ntc 2&3 (& cal'd them), sensor bd and cable,act. bd, verified pressures, heater rod, with no resolution- anyone have any other ideas?

Is this one of those that has a combination power logic and test board? If not the case I would change the test board. Were all of these parts known good or “new” from FMC? Other than that, I am not sure.

That new board is a combination actuator and test board, not the power logic and test board. So have you tried a test board? That K test board is the same as an H machine if that helps.

I tried the test board with no luck. A bit of creative troubleshooting showed the functional board to be the culprit. These K's are actually 2kos's so the boards hadn't been combined yet
