OK, IN DIALYZE MODE W NO ALARMS 200H MACH. TMP CONTINUES TO INCREASE UNTILL IT REACHES 520. I TRIED EVERYTHING TECH SUPPORT HAS NO IDEA, ITS NOT TRANSDUCER #9. ALSO EVERYTHING IS CALIBRATED. NOT ELECTRICAL, ALL BOARDS WERE SWAPED. I HAVE NARROWED IT DOWN TO THE BALANCING CHAMBER VALVES. CAN ANYONE SUGG A QICK RESOLVE, YOU GUYS KNOW HOW MUCH WE LOVE THE BALANCING CHAMBER!!!!!!!!
Change the entire balance chamber and check the loading pressure and flow pump pressure. The balance chamber ( complete) is very cheap ( suprisingly) . Good luck.

You keep indicating that your machine is a 200H? I am not familiar with such a machine. Perhaps you mean 2008H. If you do, what does this machine do in test? When it reaches the venous pressure test does it pass easily? In particular does it pass the venous act hi-hard test w/o hanging up at the upper limit? It may be that you have a bad LP241-2bd on the air detector. I recall a similiar problem to what you are experiencing. The machine would operate as intended until components warmed up. Then the fun would begin. You say everything is calibrated. Watch the TMP test as well closely. Perhaps V43 is not venting the pressure properly during the TMP hi hard test. Or maybe it does until the machine warms up. You may also have a hanging V25. It is important that V25 is open during TMP tests,so as to allow for varying TMP pressures. Strange things happen when these valves get hot and V25 can get hot.
