I have 2 K2 units only 2 1/2 mo. old showing "Rinse high cond" alarm. The problem is it only shows when I power up. Go to Rinse or Dialysis the alarm goes away. Anybody seen this before or have come across this problem?

F-Tech,
This could be a result of the machine sensing a chemical, commonly bleach, residually left in the machine. If you have bleached the system, and rinsed the system, the machines would show this when you power it on. Check for the presence of bleach at the machine drain or sample port for less than 0.5 ppm. If so, press "Reset", and the alarm should go away.

I get this at start up myself on occasion. 100% of the time for me, the nurses did not have the red or blue connector fully inserted during rinse. I push it back in, hit reset and rerinse.

Thanks guys, I checked for bleach and pushed in the red connectors ( wich was not fully inserted ) reset and rinse, problem gone. I was about to call Fresenius and do a shakedown on their tech. support dept. to retrieve the secret into solving this mystery, but no need now we have experts here on the forum.
