try doing a full bleach disinfection first, then recalibrate blood leak detector. Or, maybe you have a wet transducer leading to the board

See if you have a loose ribbon wire on the air detector module or at the card cage. If that doesn't do it try a different air detector module. "Blood Still Sensed" is usually just a loose cable somewhere.

When the machine is powering up, does it alarm and not stop? If so, definite electronic problem. I had this problem a few years back and thought it too was the sensor board or the level detector module. It was the function board.
If you have the electronic diagrams from level II training, look at Diagram F - Monitors and Alarms. You will see that the Blood Sensed goes from the Level Detector (FF) straight into the Functional Board, and the trail finally ends in the Power Logic Board. You've swapped out everything else so now try the Functional Board.

Forgot to add (seeings as you're new), don't forget to transfer the chip with all your calibrations from the Functional Board you're replacing to the new Functional Board.

I should also add that the "Blood Still Sensed" and the blood leak detector are two completely different animals. Calibrating one doesn't fix the other. Just so you know.

FMC website (Dialysis Products, then Products Support Documentation, then Equipment Troubleshooting) will get you all you need (www.fmcna.com), or just go to:
