Has anyone had problems with Fresenius K machines calibrating? When we move the system from cold water to blended water, it takes a long time to recalibrate.

If you calibrate your machine with cold water and then switch to blended water, chances are you are going to have some difficulties. What ever type of water your machines will be operating under (cold water or blended water) calibrate your machine with that. You do not mention why you switch from cold to blended water. If you can get that situation stabilized that will cure your problem.
