Hello
I'm experiencing temperature issues with the 300 flow -slow flow option on- and OLC temperature comp turned off (don't want this option turned on). With the machine being feed cold water only (home patient usage) temperature is calibrated with slow flow enabled using an IBP meter as a reference. After the calibration is completed, the machine is operated at 300 flow with the IBP meter still attached and allowed to stabilize for 20 minutes. At this point the setpoint and displayed monitor temperature are equal(36.50 deg C) however the actual temperature on the IBP and on the post temperature sensor are at .8 deg C higher- which may be a safety issue. This result has been duplicated with several machines of various ages and IBP meters. Also on one machine I installed 3 new thermistors, recalibrated temperature sensors , turned the heater rod- however no improvement.

Any ideas on what is happening here?

Thanks
