while calibrating dialysate pressure for a TMP problem, when u try to get 0 0mmHG on the external pressure gauge the box should read approx 90-100 mine reads about 120 and for -250 it should read approx 140 and mine is 160 i have calibrated venous and then dialysate for high tmp and i cant figure it out it was passing test before calibrating and now its failing actuator high tmp any suggestions asap lol

Try a new dialysate press. transducer.

When I calibrate the ZERO point for TMP, I just open it to atmosphere. I don't pull or push to make it read zero. I have never had an issue with TMP... that wasn't PCT induced. Another way to check your zero point for TMP is with it up and running, put the Hansons in a bucket of water and the TMP should be around 40 to 50. The old E's you wanted it to be around 70.

Just had this problem on 2 machines.One was a sensor board the other was the Function board. I would start with the Function board its cheaper.You are right on the values that you should see.

Make sure dialysate flow is turned off during cal?? If all is good there, most likely dp transducer.
