To all the F2008h gurus I am asking for your help. I have an "H" machine that the level detector will not pass test. I have switched level detectors, changed actuator, mother and test boards. When the machine is in test mode and is testing the level detector it fails to clamp the venous line or shut down the blood pump. It is also failing optical detect and blood leak 1 alarms. I have my theories but I would like to hear yours. Thank you in advance for your help.

Just a thought I had the same problem on the optical. And the fix was to readjust the artrial pressure. just a thought

Try putting a known working blood pump module
from another machine, or if you have one in back-up try it.

Have you tried the Actuator, Function, and Level Detector ribbon cables?

De air brushes can cause alot of problems.
Check the hours on the brushes I replace them after 6000hrs.
