Make sure there are no kinks (vent tube) or anything like that. Usually means there is a leak or clamped off line. Check your Transducers as well. Also, check your deaireation, could be the pump/brushes. Also Loading pressure. Key checks before any troubleshooting:
1. Check Inlet water pressure 2. Check Deair Pressure 3. Check that you haven't recently done maintenance on this machine, if so, you probably did something by mistake, retrace your steps. 4. KICK IT!
Along with what san augistine said try the left side transducer, valve 29 or 39 and the pressure regulator. Let us know what it was.

Thanks all. Looks like it was pressure relief #65. Alarm would display around 23 min point and now the clock counter is 20 min and counting down.

Another thing to check that I have seen cause this error is bad brushes on your Dear. and flow pumps. This is especially true for the flow pump if your machines are reaching the 12000 hr level. The dear. pump brushes should ahve been changed out at 8000 hrs. Just my 2 cents worth.

the dialysate pressure sensor can also cause flow recirc error 1 in any cleaning cycles (I think).
Sometimes the DP just needs calrating, though usually the sensor is bad.
