can anyone tell me what to do with a "act temp hi" failure on a 2008H machine? i've changed the temp sensor probe, calibrated temp sensors, did the dac value, replaced the actuator board... and nothing! can someone help a brother out? thanks!!

If temp and conductivity have been calibrated and are all ok. try test board sometimes it will cause this type of problem. good luck

No other failures during self test? I would agree with trw, put in a known good test board. If that solves the problem, put the original actuator board back in and run self-test.

Also verify the flow pump pressure at 800 ml
flow is within limits.I had the same problem a few years ago and eventually that was a bad flow pump head.In service mode was OK(30psi),but in dialysis mode at 800 < 20 psi.

That is somthing that comes with changing the Funktion board all the time. Put the resisters on it and recal the heat resister lvls.

i had the problem on my functional board. I sent it to H&S and the problem is gone
