I have an 2008K with an on going low flow error. The balancing chamber diaphragms were replaced 11-5-08. Occasionally the machine makes a sound like there is a restriction somewhere. I have tried valves 35,37,36 and 38, CFS, and a different flow motor assembly. The machine will run several hours without a problem, then the low flow error will manifest itself. The problem is intermittent not constant. Can anyone think of something I have not tried?
Thanks, Lumpy

I've had the same problem, many times and it always turned out to be a balance chamber valve. Makes a high pitched squeek, then a few seconds later "Low flow" and then goes high cond. You already changed 4 valves, but it could still be one of the ones you didnt change. 31-32-33-34. Change one at a time out,see how it goes or go ahead and change them all out and be done with it. Hope this helps.

Have you tried doing a manual valve leak test? This is a good way to isolate the bad valve. Make sure and check the balance chamber volume. I realize you just changed them in November but you may have gotten a bad one or something. Worth checking.

Was the flow motor that you put in new? If not it could be that your brushes are getting worn.

had the same problem it turned out to be the harness on the one of my balancin chambers valves. i troubleshooted by diconnecting each valve one-by-one until the squeakin noise stopped.
