I have a 4KOS machine that will intermittently shut down with a 12 Volt error when rinse or heat disinfect is pressed from the start up screen. I can get around it by entering into acid clean or bleach dwell first. The problem manifests itself primarily in our tech lab.
I have not had a complaint about it in our treatment area. Does anyone have any ideas about what might cause this problem?

when you move the machine to the tx floor. your sensor board came loose.becarefull when moving the 4kos machine.
